Even though you don’t see your provider in person, your quality of care won’t be compromised. Employees receive virtual care for acute and chronic health conditions, mental health concerns, and medical weight loss. This option has a $4 co-pay for all medications.
Option 2: Unlimited In-Person Kare $70*/Month per employee
Our Unlimited Kare allows your employees to receive the Kare and attention they deserve for both primary and immediate Kare with flexible scheduling. Our Kare Provider can treat acute conditions, chronic conditions, mental health concerns, prescribe medication, and refer patients to specialists. The Unlimited In-Person Kare is the best option for those who are looking for a convenient and modern solution to healthcare. This option includes the cost of most medications, for no extra charge. Signing up more than 5 employees, it is only $65/Month per employee.

What is the Branches of Kare Clinic and how is it different?
We are a Membership based Clinic with access to healthcare for $70* a month for Unlimited In-person visits. Our members get full access to primary Kare and immediate Kare including up to 180 medications for no extra charge.
What exactly are low-cost labs?
Great question! Because we are revolutionizing Healthcare and eliminating Insurance by offering a Membership based structure, we have been able to negotiate extremely affordable rates. For example, a complete Thyroid panel Lab is $8 and a complete Liver and Kidney panel is $10 with most labs equaling less than $20.
Can I get a same day appointment?

What if I am not a member, can I still be seen?
Yes, we offer a one-time visit for $120*. The visit includes one In-Clinic test, and up to 3 medications on our Formulary list.
How do I know if my medications are on your Formulary?
We are so happy you asked. Our Formulary has over 180 medications and you can click here to see if the medication that you are prescribed is on the list.
Why is their a tax added? Unfortunately, as of October 2022, New Mexico imposed gross receipt tax on all Healthcare services.
Does the membership really include medications?
Yes, with our unlimited membership the medications are include because the middle man is not involved in the process.
What if I need medication that are not on the Formulary?
Our Provider can prescribe outside the listed formulary as needed where you have the option you can use prescription insurance or pay for the additional medications.
I am interested in your weight loss program, but cannot afford the medications. What can you do to help?
We have contracted with a sterile Compound Pharmacy to assist you with any prescriptions that you might need for this condition.
What if I need an Xray or MRI?
We have contracted with a local independent Xray facility in Farmington to offer low-cost cash prices for example an Xray of your hand or chest is around $100. If you have Insurance, you would still be able to use your insurance at this facility.
Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or FSA card for the membership? ABSOLUTELY!
